TOS agreement is required
General conditions
By requesting a commission, the commissioner is agreeing to all terms stated within the TOS.
Commissions purchased are are digital and will not be shipped and handled.
Frequent contact is a must to ensure the commissioner is happy with the piece.
Unless stated otherwise and agreed upon prior, finished works are not guaranteed by a certain date.
I can cancel and refund a commission if I find the work or commissioner to hard to work with.
I have the right to refuse any commission from anyone, I am not obligated to disclose the reason why.

Nothing made by @Panda.oni may be used in any blockchain-related technology including NFT’S, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.AI Generated Art
Nothing made by @panda.oni may be used in any AI technology/art including using it as a “base” or “step” in your art making process/passing it off as your own work. This includes any future inventions in the space. I will also NEVER use AI as apart of my personal or commercial works.
Payment & refunds
For commissions under $50:
I will not start the commission until I am paid in full.
For commissions over $50:
They may be payed half upfront and the other half before emailing your commission file.
I can take payments through P4yp4I ONLY.
Commissions are non refundable once I have completed the sketching phase.
Do not issue chargebacks. Discuss refunds with me directly.
Art usage & permissions
I am allowed to use my work however I please unless we have spoken about keeping it private.
Please ask me about using my art for commercial use prior to payment.
You are allowed to post my artwork only if I receive proper credit every time.
You make reproduce the artwork for personal use only.
You may edit or retouch the artwork as long at I still get proper credit for it whenever it is posted.

Customs & Reference SheetsCustoms are custom made characters from the commissioner that do not already exist. The commissioner will give me a description (text, photo, Pinterest/moodboard) and I will help design and draw the reference sheet for the character. With a full paid custom you not only get a new custom made character but also serves as a reference sheet you can use for any future commissions of the character that you want.You can chose from 2 types of reference sheets
